IN THE BEGINNING
Margie has been in the real estate industry since 1972, working with builders, developers, and general contractors, developing subdivisions. She obtained her real estate license in 1978 and almost instantly became a multi-million dollar producer.
SUCCESS
She attributes her success to her love for the business, in-depth knowledge of real estate in today's market, ability to write "tight" contracts, and her commitment to personally handle all details of each listing and escrow. She believes in being available to her clients seven days a week and is easily reachable.
Margie believes in educating her clients as she guides them through each and every facet of an escrow in order to provide her clients as much information, or as little information as each individual client needs to make a smooth and satisfactory transition into their new home. Most importantly, Margie believes in treating her clients as she would treat a family member or a good friend. This is why Margie can attribute the main source of her business to former clients and referrals.
EXPERIENCE
